As a new field sports,outdoor sports become more and more popular and are chased by young people in recent years.However,the following accidental cases are increasing constantly.Through analyzing the cases,the article divides the case’s responsibilities and puts forward that we should abide by the as-sumption of risk in accidental cases.Meanwhile our country should also speed up the outdoor sports’legal constructions,prevent unwarrantable legal responsibilities and properly reduce the disputes and inj uries caused by accidental cases.
