摘要
针对高温环境下、大纵坡钢桥面热拌环氧沥青混合料铺装整幅施工,通过试验研究确定环氧沥青混合料钢桥面铺装防水黏结层养生指干时间、最佳摊铺时间,解决高温、大纵坡情况下黏结层涂布、混合料摊铺过程中防黏轮等质量控制问题;确定环氧沥青混合料最佳拌和时间、拌和温度与容留时间,试验评价了环氧沥青混合料的养生强度增长规律,研究总结了环氧沥青混合料钢桥面铺装整幅摊铺施工技术。
For the whole construction of steel deck epoxy asphalt hot mix pavement with high- temperature and large longitudinal gradient, the steel deck epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive layer regimen finger-dry time and the best construction time are determined through experimental research. The adhesive layer coating and anti-sticking wheel in the case of high temperature and large longitudinal slope are solved, The best time and temperature of mixing epoxy asphalt and the shelter time are determined. The law of intensity increase of epoxy asphalt mixture is analyzed. The construction technology of the whole steel deck epoxy asphalt pavement is summarized.
