跨海桥梁埋置式基础装配化施工关键技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Key Construction Technologies of Assembly for Sea-crossing Bridge with Buried Foundation

摘要 针对外海风高、浪大的建设条件,跨海桥梁大型基础采用"工厂预制、现场安装"的施工工艺,有效减少了海上作业时间,同时提高了施工工效。文中以港珠澳大桥非通航孔桥装配式基础为例,主要从预制墩台整体安装以及桩与承台连接部位的关键施工技术对基础装配化施工进行了详细的阐述,为今后国内类似桥梁工程设计与施工提供了有益的参考。 In view of the physical background of the open waters such as the high wind and large waves, construction method of "prefabricate in factory and install at site" is adopted to effectively reduce the time of maritime operations and improve construction efficiency. In this paper, the non-navigation bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is taken as an example, detailed elaboration about the key technologies for assembly construction of foundation is made from the aspects of fabricated base and joint part between pile and cap, which will provide a useful reference of domestic similar bridge engineering design and construction in future.
