一种以高分子PEI为载体的辅酶NADH模型物的合成研究

摘要 在已有的研究基础上,发展了一种以水溶性高分子聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为载体,以1-苄基-3-羧基吡啶为辅酶NADH模型物的新型的具有良好水溶性的高分子辅酶NADH模型物的合成方法。 Based on the previous studies, we developed the synthesis of a new type of polymer coenzyme NADH model compounds with good water solubility using 1-benzyl-3-carboxy-pyridine as the coenzyme NADH models and water-soluble polymer polyethylenimine as a carrier.
