摘要
由《精神现象学》集中提出但未能解决的黑格尔哲学核心课题,即古代实质性伦理与现代主体性原则均不能使我们在世界中自在自为地体验如家般存在,通过其逻辑学与历史哲学对普遍、特殊、实体、主体等诸范畴的进一步分析,在法哲学的现代伦理国家中得到了解决。黑格尔在留置现代自我意识主体性成就基础之上,重建了合乎理性的现代伦理体系,使得特殊-主体与普遍-实体等现代性冲突得到和解,实现了自在自为的具体自由,为现代人何以如家般生活于世,何以自立的"元问题"指明方向。
The core project which is mainly presented but not solved by Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit, namely both of the ancient substantive ethics and modern subjective principle, cannot make us feel at home in and for ourselves in the world. It is settled in the modern ethical state of his philosophy of right via further analysis of the categories of universality, particularity and substantiality in logic and philosophy of history. It reconstructs rational modern ethical system based on preserving the accomplishment of modern self-conscious subjectivity and reconciles modernity confliction, such as particular-subject and universal-substance. Then it realizes the concrete freedom in and for itself which helps to show the direction for modern people on the "primary problem", like how to make us feel at home in the world and be self-standing.
