摘要
企业组织结构的演变过程是一个不断适应企业专用性人力资本投资的过程;当存在企业专用性人力资本时,企业的组织结构逐渐从多层级制的垂直结构向扁平结构演变,以从组织结构层面起到保护和激励企业专用性人力资本投资的目的。与多层级制的垂直结构相比,扁平化的组织结构更能激励和保护企业专用性人力资本投资、节约交易成本;并且随着人力资本的企业专用性程度逐渐增强,企业实行扁平化的组织结构将是唯一趋势。
The transformation of the organizational structure of enterprise is a process to constantly adapt to human resource investment of enterprise specificity; when there exists the former, the organizational structure of enterprise gradually transforms from vertical structure of multiple levels of system to fiat structure to protect and encourage human resource investment of enterprise specificity from the level of organizational structure. Compared with vertical structure of multiple levels of system, fiat structure can more encourage and protect human resource investment of enterprise specificity, and save cost of trade; along with the strengthening of the level of human resource investment of enterprise specificity, the fiat structure of enterprise will be the only trend.
