城市停车场三维地理信息平台研究与应用

Research and Application of 3D City Parks Geographic Information System

三维地理信息的快速发展催生了大量的行业应用,为有效地掌握和管理现有停车场资源,合理利用空余的城市资源补充城区停车场资源的不足,开展城市停车场三维地理信息平台建设具有重要意义。对此,基于停车场空间普查成果的建模技术应运而生。本文以三维地理信息应用系统开发技术为基础,结合三维仿真技术的特性,提出了一种空间普查数据自动构建三维停车场粗模的建模技术,并在城市规划管理等实际工程中进行应用。实践表明,基于空间普查的建模技术具有方便管理、快速和易于更新等特点。

The rapid development of 3D geographic information brings a large number of industrial applications,man-agement of existing parking resources to effectively grasp and reasonable utilization of resources,free city added urban parking resources,it＇s important to construct the city parking 3D Geographic Information System Platform.In this regard, based on the results of the park space survey modeling techniques is developed.In this paper,the development of 3D ge-ographic information system technology,combined with the characteristics of the 3D simulation technology,a new model-ing techniques to automatically build a 3D coarse park modes by space survey is developed,and practical engineering ap-plications in urban planning and management.Practice shows that,with easy management,quick and easy to update and other features based on modeling techniques of spatial survey.
