武汉市建设用地节约集约利用评价研究

Evaluation of Saving and Intensive Use of Construction Land in Wuhan

为了分析武汉市目前建设用地利用强度,并为武汉市各级政府下一步制定土地管理和调控政策提供科学的决策依据,我们开展了武汉市建设用地节约集约利用现状评价研究工作。介绍了武汉市建设用地节约集约利用评价的思路,并重点阐述了评价模型、评价指标体系的建立、评价指标权重的确定方法以及评价指标标准化方法等,最后给出了武汉市建设用地节约集约利用评价的结果,并对评价结果进行了分析。

In order to understand the current use intensity of construction land in Wuhan,and to provide scientific basis for the future governmental decision-making on the land management and regulation policy,this paper introduces the evaluation of saving and intensive use of construction land in Wuhan and focuses on the evaluation model,the method of construction of evaluation index,the quantifying of the weight of each evaluation index.At last,the evaluation result of saving and intensive use of construction land in Wuhan and its analysis are presented.
