建筑工程规划条件核实测量的质量控制探讨

建筑工程规划条件核实测量作为城市建设、城市管理和规划实施与落实的一项重要的、具有法律意义的测绘工作,是为规划管理部门核查建筑工程是否按规划许可情况实施建设与核发《建设工程竣工验收规划条件核实证明》提供基础资料,同时为城市基础地理信息实时更新的提供重要基础数据。成果质量不仅涉及影响测绘管理部门掌握现状地理信息的正确性,而且涉及影响规划管理部门规划审批的落实和监督管理。本文结合武汉市建筑工程规划条件核实测量工作开展情况,对核实测量工作质量控制要求、控制方法进行分析探讨。

As an important surveying and mapping work with legal significance during the urban construction,urban management,planning and implementation,the verification measurement of constructional engineering planning conditions provides basic data for planning management department to check whether construction engineering is carried out accord-ing to planning permission situation and then〈The completion of the construction project planning conditions validation〉is approved and issued.At the same time,it provides important basic data for the urban fundamental geographic informa-tion updated in real time.Results quality involves not only affect the correctness of the surveying and mapping adminis-trative departments to master the status quo of geographic information,but also affect the fulfillment of planning examina-tion and approval,supervision and administration by the administrative departments of planning implementation and su-pervision .Combining with the planning conditions to verify the measuring work of construction engineering in Wuhan cit-y,the paper analyzed and discussed quality control requirement,control method and related system construction during the verification measurement work.
