摘要
针对刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿进行了搅拌酸浸、搅拌还原-酸浸和淋滤还原-酸浸对比试验研究,确定了搅拌还原-酸浸是处理这种氧化铜钴矿的最佳方法,不但浸出速度快,而且浸出效果好,铜浸出率达到93.88%,钴浸出率达到95.2%;同时证明了采用堆浸(淋滤还原-酸浸)也是处理这种矿石的另一条重要的途径,也可得到理想的指标。
An oxidized copper and cobalt ore from Congo ( DRC) was tested through stirred acid leaching , agitation reduc-tion-acid leaching and leaching reduction-acid leaching contrast tests .Agitation reduction-acid leaching was identified as the best way , which was not only with fast leaching rate , but also good leaching effect , with the copper , cobalt leaching rate of 93.88%,95.2%respectively.Simultaneously heap leaching (leaching reduction-acid leaching) was also proved as another important way to deal with this ore , with ideal index .
