本文总结了酒钢7号高炉长期休风操作及炉况恢复操作,在总结分析历次长期休风经验的基础上,通过提高渣铁物理热、配加辅料改善渣铁流动性,快速加风、实时开风口强化,实现了炉况快速恢复的目的。

Operations of long-term blowing-down and furnace condition recovery of No .7 blast furnace at JISCO are re-viewed in this paper .On the basis of summarizing and analyzing past experience of long-term blowing-down, the aim of im-plementing furnace condition fast recovery is attained by improving the physical heat of scrap iron in slag , inserting auxiliary materials to improve slag flow ability , adding wind quickly and reinforcing real-time open tuyere .
