两段硫酸化焙烧法分离冶金废渣中铁锰研究

摘要 研究了两段硫酸化焙烧-水浸出工艺分离冶金废渣中的铁锰,分析了硫酸浓度及用量、第一段焙烧时间及温度、第二段焙烧时间及温度、烧结块水浸出温度等工艺因素对铁锰分离效果的影响。采用的50%硫酸与冶金废渣混合,在200℃焙烧60 min后升温至750℃焙烧120 min,烧结块在70℃水浴浸出120 min后过滤,滤液中铁锰质量比达到3209,比原废渣中的锰铁质量比提高近4460倍,锰铁分离效果良好,铁浸出率仅为0.01%。 Seperation of iron and manganese from metallurgical residue by two-stage sulphating roast and subsequent water leaching was investigated .Effecting of technology factors , such as concentration and dosage of sulfuric acid , roasting time and temperature of first section , roasting time and temperature of second section , leaching temperature of agglomeration , on the separation effect of iron and manganese was analyzed .Metallurgical residue mixed with 50%of sulfuric acid added by 120%theoretical amounts .The mixture roasted at 200℃for 60mins.Then the roasting temperature rose to 750℃and en-sured 120 mins holding time.The roasted product leached at 70℃for 120mins and then filtered.The mass ratio of iron and manganese in filtrate came to 3209, up nearly 4460 times higher than that of original residue .It shows good separation effect of iron and manganese .And leaching rate of iron was only 0.01%.
