摘要 将碱基官能化和共轭聚合物结合起来具有重要的研究意义。本文设计合成了间二溴苯修饰的碱基化合物——二溴苯基腺嘌呤和二溴苯基胸腺嘧啶。采用过渡金属镍催化的Yamamoto反应合成了侧链带有碱基的共轭聚合物。通过核磁、红外、紫外可见光谱、基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)等方法对所得聚合物进行了分析表征。 Combining nucleobase functionalization with conjugated polymers might show great research value in material science. Herein, dibromophenyl substituted nucleobases, 3,5-dibromophenyl adenine and 3,5-dibromophenyl thymine, were firstly designed and synthesized. Yamamoto coupling reaction of these two monomers with nickel complexes as catalyst gave nucleobase-functionalized conjugated polymer in moderate yields. The structures of the obtained conjugated polymers were characterized with NMR, IR, UV-vis spectroscopy and MALDI-TOF mass spectroscopy.
