摘要
为了解决三相SPWM逆变器死区效应带来的输出波形畸变、零电流箝位、电机转速脉动等不良后果,在分析了死区效应原理的基础上,针对死区时间对输出电压基波和谐波的影响进行理论推导和仿真分析,得出了输出电压变化量和功率因数角、调制因数的关系曲线图。在此基础上,从负载电流的角度提出了两种新颖的补偿策略:使用参考波修正和使用逻辑电路的补偿策略。在一台三相SPWM逆变器上进行了实验研究,通过比较补偿前后相电流的波形图和输出电压的频谱图,发现所提出的两种策略能够很好地抑制低次谐波和零电流箝位效应,提高系统的运行性能。
The dead-time effect for three-phase SPWM inverter will result in voltage distortions, zero- current clamping effect, motor speed pulsation, and other bad consequences. By analyzing dead-time effect, both theoretical derivation and simulation analysis are carried for the impact of dead-time on fundamental wave and harmonics of the output voltage, and the relationship diagrams of the output voltage variation, power factor angle and modulation are obtained. Further, two novel compensation strategies, compensation with reference wave and logic circuits, are proposed in this work. Finally, the experiment is carried on a three-phase SPWM inverter, which shows that these two proposed strategies can effectively reduce low harmonics and zero-current clamping effect and improve system performance.
