摘要
以深沟球轴承为研究对象,通过力学研究,建立了一种能够在考虑滚动体误差情况下的滚动体与滚道间接触应力及轴中心轨迹的计算模型。通过数值编程,应用一组算例,系统研究了滚动体发生误差时对内外圈接触应力和轴心轨迹的影响规律,绘制了最大接触应力、平均接触应力、轴心轨迹的变化曲线,并加以分析说明。
Taking a deep groove ball bearing as the research object, a calculating model is established by mechanical analysis, which can analyze the contact stress between rollers and raceways, as well as the axis orbit by considering the rollers" error. Influence of rollers' error on the contact stress of the raceways and the axis orbit is numerically analyzed using a calculating example. The variation curves of maximum contact stress, average stress and axis orbit are also plotted and explained.
