A Study on Innovation Strategy of the Reference Union Based on Complex Adaptive System Theory

文章从复杂适应系统角度出发,认为参考咨询系统和复杂适应系统有很大的耦合性。通过研究参考咨询复杂适应系统的环境、资源、智能体、流四大基本组成及复杂性、自适应性、异质性、期望性、螺旋性、涨落性六大表征,指出参考咨询复杂适应系统完善标识、找寻杠杆支点、增强交互式刺激反应、动态填补缝隙、发挥积木特性、建立强大品牌社群等创新行为对策。

From the perspective of complex adaptive system, this paper believes that the reference system and the complex adaptive system has a lot of similarities.The reference complex adaptive system has four basic compositions： environment , re-sources , Agent and flow .It has six characterizations：complexity , adaptability , heterogeneity , expectations , spiral and fluctua-tion.Finally, the paper sets out the innovation strategy based on perfect identification , finding the fulcrum , enhancing irritant reac-tion , filling the aperture, playing with blocks characteristics and building a strong brand community .
