基于图书馆信息生态系统的阅读困难群体服务路径研究

Research on the Service for Groups with Reading Difficulties Based on the Library Information Ecosystem

图书馆信息生态系统是信息资源、图书馆员和用户以及信息环境组成的具有一定功能的人工系统。在图书馆信息生态系统,阅读困难群体作为一类特殊的信息消费者,其信息权利能否得到保障受图书馆信息生态系统平衡状态的影响。因此,从图书馆信息生态系统各要素之间的关系出发,图书馆可以通过信息资源优化配置、开展阅读推广活动、树立为阅读困难群体服务的意识、形成用户行为自律、建立信息协同的知识援助制度、提高用户的信息能力等路径为阅读困难群体提供服务。

The library information ecosystem is a manual system formed with information resources, librarians and users, information environment, it has a certain function.In the library information ecosystem, whether information rights of the group with reading difficulties as a kind of especial information consumer are guaranteed or not is influenced by the balance state of the li-brary information ecosystem.Therefore, starting from these relations among every elements of the library information ecosystem, li-brary could provide services for the group with reading difficulties through following channels, such as the optimal allocation of in-formation resources, developing reading promotion activities, building up the consciousness of servicing for the group with reading difficulties, shaping the self-discipline of the user action, establishing the knowledge assistance system of the information coordina-tion, improving the information ability of users.
