不解决农村阅读困难群体的问题,就不能实现十八大提出的"全民阅读"目标。农村阅读困难群体形态多样、成因复杂,是我国阅读困难群体问题中的老大难问题。图书馆服务贴近农村、领域宽层次多、协调作用突出,为有效解决农村阅读困难群体问题提供了可能性。最后提出了图书馆关怀农村阅读困难群体的对策,以期对解决农村阅读困难群体问题有所帮助。

The purpose of the nationwide reading which was proposed at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Par-ty will not be realized if the problems of the reading difficulties groups in countryside cannot be solved well.The reading difficulties groups in countryside have many kinds, shapes and complicated causes.It is a long-standing problem.Library service is keeping close to the rural area, and it has multi-level, wide-ranging and outstanding coordinating role.All of these characteristics have provided the possibility of solving the problems of the reading difficulties groups in countryside effectively.Principle of the library reading concerns means implementing humanistic concern, providing individualized assistant and developing local resources.
