摘要
通过阅读来实现地震灾后青少年的心理重建,不仅具有治疗理念、介入方式、服务内容以及工作方法上的优势,在服务的对象、时间、场地和人员方面也具有可行性。因此,需要充分发挥阅读疗法的涉入、认同、投射、净化、洞察和运用等心理机制,通过准备、预估、计划、实施、评估和追踪六个阶段的工作,协助灾后青少年在阅读过程中认识自己、接纳自己、完善自己,最终实现心理重建的目标。
To achieve the psychological reconstruction after earthquake through reading, that has not only the strength of treatment idea, ways of intervention, service content and working method, but also the feasibility of service object, working time, active space and worker.Therefore, we need to full play the psychological mechanism of involvement, identity, projection, purifi-cation, insight and application, and assist the adolescence to recognize himself, accept himself and improve himself by the reading therapy process of involvement, identity, projection, purification, insight and application, and realize the goal of psychological re-construction finally.
