摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是全球老年人的主要致残、致死疾病之一。淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)级联学说是其重要发病机制之一。α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7nAChR)在AD发病、防治等方面都发挥着重要作用。本文就α7nAChR结构、分布及其在AD中的作用加以阐述。
Alzheimer’s disease (AD)is one of the major disabling and lethal diseases for aged people around the world.Beta-amyloid protein (Aβ)cascade hypothesis is one of the important mechanisms of pathogenesis,in which Alpha 7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR)plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of AD.This paper reviewed the structure and distribution ofα7nAChR,and its role in AD.
