渭南高职学生对艾滋病认知与需求分析

Cognition and demand analysis of AIDS among vocational college students in Weinan district

目的：了解高职院校学生对艾滋病（AIDS）的认识、态度、个人信念以及预防艾滋病知识的掌握现况，为进一步开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据，为高职院校制定预防艾滋病干预策略提供依据。方法整群抽取渭南职业技术学院在校1~3年级643名大学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果高职院校大学生对艾滋病的知识性问题知晓率不高，有着片面抽象的认识；对艾滋病患者排斥；性观念开放但缺乏性保护知识；从学校获取到的知识量不足。结论健康教育非常有利于高职学生掌握正确的艾滋病防治知识和树立正确的性观念。学校应根据不同学科学生对艾滋病知识的知晓程度、自身特点及健康需求，结合高职学生对艾滋病的认识情况及行为特点，有针对性地开展多种形式的艾滋病健康教育。

Objective To investigate the awareness,attitude and personal belief of vocational college students about HIV/AIDS （AIDS）,in order to provide information for health education and prevention of AIDS in vocation-al colleges.Methods Cluster sampling was used to investigate 643 grade 1-3 college students in Weinan Vocational and Technical College by anonymous questionnaire survey.Results The awareness rate of AIDS was low and par-tial.Students rejected HIV/AIDS patients, had open concept in sex, but lacked knowledge of safe sex. Conclusions Health education is beneficial to acquire HIV/AIDS knowledge and set up the appropriate sex con-cept for vocational students.Schools should carry out various kinds of AIDS health education,according to the dif-ferent cognitive levels of HIV/AIDS,and students’characteristics and health requirements.
