摘要 目的探讨消毒供应科应用6 Sigma管理方法对消毒供应质量的影响。方法采用6 Sigma管理方法,分析并评估影响质量的因素,优化消毒供应流程,对实施前6个月及实施后6个月消毒供应质量进行评估。结果实施6Sigma模式后器械更换频次、耗损较实施前有显著下降(P<0.05),满意度较实施前有显著升高(P<0.05)。实施后锐器伤有显著下降(P<0.05),包装合格率及无菌物品合格率均显著上升(P<0.05)。实施后消毒物品丢失率、循环时间及感染发生率较实施前具有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 6 Sigma管理方法有助于优化流程,是提高消毒供应工作质量的重要管理方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of 6 Sigma management approach on sterile supply quality in the sterile supply department.Methods After 6 Sigma management method was applied in our department,factors affecting the quality of work were analyzed,and qualities of sterile supply 6 months before and after the implemen-tation of the method were accessed.Results After the implementation of 6 Sigma management,equipment re-placement frequency and depletion,injuries caused by sharp instruments,loss rate of items,cycle time,and inci-dence of infection significantly decreased (P〈0.05),while degree of satisfaction,pass rate of package,and pass rate of sterilized items remarkably increased (P〈0.05).Conclusion The 6 Sigma management approach helps to optimize processes and improve the quality of work in sterile supply.
