以美国为首的西方国家启动TTP与TTIP谈判,试图通过推行"贸易保护"对中国进行围堵,而同时"中国已陷入中等收入陷阱"的论调也大行其道。当前中国经济下行与"中等收入陷阱"无关。拉动经济重点在扩消费,必须建立扩消费的长效机制,同时要尽量减少政策掣肘。

How to pull the economy should be expanding consumption, therefore,we should establish long-term mechanism of consumption expanding, minimize the policy constraints meanwhile.
