After realizing the transform of the historical view of Mao Zedong from Historical idealism to historical materialism,his historical materialism had undergone a process of gradual development.There were four key points in this process. ＂To Cai Hesen＂ marked that he turned to historical materialism; ＂Opposing bookishness＇marked preliminary generation of his historical materialism; ＂On practice＂ marked the generation; ＂On government of coalition＂ marked the perfection.Focusing on the four key points and deeply analysing them,we can more clearly and deeply understand Mao Zedong＇s historical materialism and its process of development.
