Survey on Degree of Job Satisfaction Degree of 3819 Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD) Specialty Nurses

目的了解医院消毒供应专科护士对从事职业的满意度。方法采用问卷调查的方法对河南省18个省辖市3 819名医院消毒供应专科护士进行调查。结果满意度超过50%者包括:对从事消毒供应职业的满意度为87.01%;是否支持"消毒供应人员在医院地位明显提高"观点者占59.00%;对消毒供应工作环境的满意度为70.00%;是否满意院领导对医院消毒供应工作的态度为86.00%;临床科室对消毒供应工作支持度82.00%;配偶对本人从事职业是否支持为91.00%。满意度低于50%者包括:对工资的满意度为42.00%;是否支持子女从事医院消毒供应职业为38.00%。结论河南省消毒供应专科护士对自己从事职业的满意度总体良好,对工作环境、福利待遇满意度较低,对子女将来从事消毒供应工作的支持率相对较低。卫生行政管理部门应重视消毒供应在医疗服务体系中的作用,逐步建立培养消毒供应专业人才的教育体系。

Objective To investigate the degree of job satisfaction of CSSD speciahy nurses. Meth- ods Questionnaire survey was undertaken to investigate 3819 Henan CSSD specialty nurses from 18 cit- ies in Henan province. Results Participants, whose degree of satisfaction is greater than 50% consist of： 87.01% were satisfied with the occupation that they are engaged, 59.00% agree with the view point that the social status for CSSD specialty nurses is significantly improved, 70.00% was satisfied with the working environment,86.00% was satisfied with the attitude of hospital leaders towards CSSD, 82.00% clinical departments support the CSSD, 91.00% spouses of CSSD specialty nurses support their jobs, 42.00% was satisfied with their salary, 38.00% support their children engaging in the occupation of CSSD. Conclusion In general, the degree of job satisfaction by CSSD specialty nurses is good in general, but the degree of satisfaction for working environment and salary is lower. The support rate to their children engaging in the occupation of CSSD is lower. The administration unit should placed great importance on CSSD in EMSS, and establish gradually an educational system to cultivate talents of CSSD.
