经皮内镜下胃造瘘术的护理方法探讨

Discussion of Nursing Methods by Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy

目的探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘手术的临床疗效及护理方法。方法以自主进食障碍的60例患者为研究对象,所有患者均行经皮内镜下胃造瘘术,并给予肠内营养,手术前后均采取相应的护理措施,观察患者营养状况的改善及各种护理措施的运用及效果,从而总结出针对经皮内镜下胃造瘘手术患者的合理有效的护理方法。结果 60例患者均顺利完成经皮内镜下胃造瘘手术,临床营养状况均得到有效改善,无明显并发症发生。结论周密精心的术前术后护理可以保证经皮内镜下胃造瘘手术的顺利完成,减少并发症的发生,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects and nursing methods by percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. Methods 60 patients with independent eating disorder were selected as study objects. All the patients were performed with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and were given enteral nutrition. Nursing interventions were adopted before and after operation. Observe the improvement of the nutritional status and the effects of nursing interventions so as to summarize resonable and efficient nursing interventions for patients by percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. Results All patients were operated successfully by percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. The clinical nutrition conditions of the patients have been been improved and no major complications were observed. Conclusion Careful preoperative and postoperative care can guarantee success of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, reduce the chance of complication and improve life quality of patients.
