摘要
目的了解学校心理咨询师工作倦怠水平及其与人格特征的关系。方法采用中式工作倦怠量表(CMBI)、简式艾森克人格问卷(EPQ-RSC)和自尊量表(SES)对510名学校心理咨询师进行调查。结果 1学校心理咨询师倦怠检出率较高,其中轻度倦怠比例为26.1%,中度倦怠为10.8%,高度倦怠为1.2%。2除内外向与耗竭、人格解体没有显著相关外,精神质、神经质、自尊与工作倦怠各维度都有显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。3多元回归分析表明,神经质是学校心理咨询师耗竭的有效预测变量;精神质、自尊是人格解体的有效预测变量;自尊、内外向是成就感降低的有效预测变量。结论学校心理咨询师普遍存在工作倦怠问题,其人格特征对工作倦怠有显著影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between job burnout and personality trait of school psychological counselors. Methods 510 school psychological counselors were tested with CMBI, EPQ-RSC, SES. Results (1)School psychology consultant burnout detection rate is relative high, among which the rate of mild burnout was 26.1% , the rate of moderate burnout by 10.8% and the rate of high burnout was 1.2%. (2) Except that extraversion and exhaustion ,depersonalization are not correlated significantly, psychoticism, the dimensions neuroticism, self-esteem between of burnout are correlated respectively to the job burnout significantly. (3)Muhiple regression study found that neuroticism is an effective predictive variable of exhaustion; psychoticism, self-esteem is an effective predictive variable of depersonalization; self-esteem, extraversion is an effective predictive variable of low sense of achievement. Conclusion Job burnout problems of school psychological counselors are common, the personality traits of school psychological counselors have a significant effect on job burnout.
