摘要
作为农民工群体的主力军,新生代农民工占据着较高的市场容量,其消费极具潜力。现阶段新生代农民工消费在呈现出个体消费的有限性、群聚性和低廉性,专项消费需求增加,消费方式多元化及二元性等特征的同时,面临着消费水平低、消费结构不合理,消费的制度保障不足、消费信心缺乏,对消费环境认识不足、消费质量不高,消费理念相对传统与消费缺乏理性并存等困境。提升就业质量、提高收入水平,加强制度建设、引导消费预期,优化消费环境、提高消费质量,加强消费教育和消费引导、树立科学的消费观等就成为解决当前新生代农民工消费困境的路径选择。
The new peasant workers are the main force of peasant workers, who occupy a higher market capacity and their consumption has an extremely potential. At present, their consumption has the following characteristics, such as limitation, clustering and low cost of individual consumption, increasing demand for special consumption, diversification of consumption mode and duality. They are faced with the following dilemma, such as the consumption level is low and consumption structure is unreasonable, the system security for consumption is insufficient and their confidence for consumption is not enough, the knowledge to consumption environment is poor and consumption quality is low, the consumption concept is overly traditional and lacking of planning. Therefore,games, such as enhancing the employment quality and increasing the income level, strengthening the system construction and guiding the consumer expectations, optimizing the consumption environment and improving the consumption quality, strengthening the consumption education and guidance, and building the scientific consumption outlook are put forward to deal with the dilemmas.
