电焊烟尘自然吸入动物实验观察

摘要 本文报告将结507、结422焊条电焊烟尘经动物吸呼道染尘试验结果。10mg/m^3组大鼠未显异常变化。实验进行到第3个月时,100mg/m^3组大鼠,结507组动物肺脏重量系数、肺胶原蛋白含量均高于对照组,经显著性检验,P<0.01。组织病理学检查,于肺泡腔、肺间质可见焊尘沉着,其灶周围有炎性细胞反应。第6个月时,异常改变明显加重,1年后肺间质有网状和胶原纤维形成。结422组动物于实验第6个月时才出现异常变化,其程度不如结507组严重。 This paper presented the experimental results of basic rod J—507 and acidic rod J—422 welding fume inhaled by rats.At the end of the third month of the experiment in the group of 100mg/m^3 it revealed that lung weight coefficient and the collagen protein content of lungs had increased (P<0.01) in basic welding rod J—507 group compared with that of the control group. The pathological changes revealed that welding dusts were deposited in the alveoli and lung interstitium peripheral focal inflammatory responses around the dust macuoles were also found. At the sixth month of the experiment, the abnormal changes became more conspicious. Since year of the experiment, the formation of collagen and reticulin fibres in lung interstitium have been completed.
