摘要
本文研究了磷渣在水及模拟水泥浆体孔溶液中的溶解特性。采用可见光分光光度法、SEM和XRD等分别研究了磷的溶解规律、溶解前后磷渣的结构与组成。结果表明:磷渣中磷在水中的最大溶出量为0.009%。而在模拟水泥浆体孔溶液中浸泡时,磷渣开始解体,参与化学反应使得原本光滑的表面变得粗糙,有斑驳状物质生成。随着磷渣比表面积的增加,磷渣中的磷的最大溶出量依次增加,且在达到最大溶出量0.102%后,又逐渐减小。不同Na/K摩尔比对磷渣中磷溶出量有一定的影响,当Na/K摩尔比为0.5时,磷渣中磷的溶出量最大为0.048%。
The dissolubility of phosphorous slag( PS) in water and simulative pore solutions of cement pastes were studied in this paper. Visible spectrophotometer,SEM and XRD were used to investigate the dissolution characteristics,the microstructure and the compositions of PS. The results showed that the maximum dissolved phosphorous amount of PS in water was 0. 009%. While,when soaked in the simulative pore solutions of cement pastes,the PS began to break up and react with alkali leading to a rough surface and mottled hydration products. The maximal phosphorous dissolved amount of PS was increased with the increase of specific surface areas of PS. And the phosphorous dissolved amount of PS decreased after reaching to 0. 102%. Furthermore,the different ratios of Na /K had a certain influence on its phosphorous dissolved amount of PS. When the ratio of Na /K was 0. 5,the phosphorous dissolved amount of PS reached to the peak of 0. 048%.
