摘要 在实验室分别进行了直流电磁场与交变电磁场磁化PFS溶解液的对比混凝实验,分析了磁场强度、频率、电磁化时间及混凝剂浓度等参数对混凝效果的影响。结果表明:相同条件下(混凝剂浓度4%和磁化时间3 min),电磁强化混凝水的浊度和CODCr与非磁化相比,交变磁化可降低64%、30%,直流降低36%、26%,说明电磁强化混凝优于常规非磁化混凝,交流电磁强化混凝强于直流电磁强化混凝。 The coagulation experiment contrastive research of using direct-current( DC) electric field and alternating current( AC) electromagnetic field to magnetize PFS solution was took place in the laboratory,the experiment analyzed the influence of parameters like magnetic field intensity,frequency,magnetizing time and coagulant density to coagulant effect. The research indicates that,under the same condition( coagulant concentration 4% and magnetization time 3 min),using AC electromagnetic can reduce the setting water's turbidity and CODCrup to 64% and 30% individually,if with the DC electric field,these two index can decrease 36% and 26% respectively. The results also shows that the coagulation process with electromagnetic field strengthened is better than normal coagulation process,additionally,the AC electromagnetic field has a better effect than DC electric field to strengthen coagulation process.
