烧结保温空心砌块孔型与热工参数关系模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文选择新疆页岩为原料,首先研究了其化学成分和矿物成分,均适宜制备烧结保温空心砌块。其次实验测定了页岩最佳烧成温度和在最佳烧成温度下制备的试样的导热系数。以此为依据对设计的孔型进行ANSYS热分析模拟,结果显示三种孔型均能满足寒冷地区建筑节能65%的要求,相对于德国Poroton烧结保温空气砌块而言,设计孔型更易于生产,符合国内砖瓦生产企业实际情况。 In this paper,the Xinjiang shale was used to be the raw materials. First,the physical and chemical index of raw material was experimentally analyzed. The results show that Xinjiang shale 's chemical composition is suitable for producing sintered insulation brick. Second,the best sintering temperature and the thermal conductivity was experimental determined. According to the data,the designed hole type was simulated by ANSYS thermal analysis. The results show that three hole types can meet the requirements of 65% of building energy efficiency in cold regions. Compared with the Poroton sintered insulation brick,the designed hole types was easier to produce and conformer the actual situation of domestic tile manufacturers.
