摘要
本文用富马酸二甲酯、马来酸酐、异戊烯醇聚醚为聚合单体,甲基丙烯磺酸钠为链转移剂,采用水溶液共聚的方法合成了一种新型的聚羧酸保坍剂,同时研究了加入方式,反应单体的摩尔比例,链转移剂的用量,双氧水和抗坏血酸的摩尔比例,滴加时间,反应温度对聚羧酸保坍剂的影响,最佳的工艺条件为:n(TPEG)∶n(MAH)∶n(DMF)∶n(SMAS)=1∶1.6∶1.6∶0.2,n(HP)∶n(VC)=14∶1,滴加时间为3 h,反应温度为60℃,反应时间4 h,对合成出来的样品进行了混凝土性能测试,结果表明是一种保坍性能突出的聚羧酸保坍剂,并采用总有机碳法分析了不同样品在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量随时间的变化。
A new polycarboxylate slump retaining agent has been prepared from TPEG( isoprenyl oxy polyethylene glycol), MAH( maleic anhydride), DMF( dimethyl fumarate) in aqueous solution polymerization by using Sodium Methylallyl Sulfonate as chain-transfer agent,the effects of feeding mode,molar ration of reactive monomers,dosage of chain-transfer agent,molar ration of H2O2 and VC( ascorbic acid),drop time,copolymerization temperature on the performance of slump retaining property were investigated,the suitable synthetic condition was showed as following: n( TPEG) ∶ n( MAH) ∶ n( DMF) ∶n( SMAS) = 1∶ 1. 6 ∶ 1. 6∶ 0. 2,n( HP) ∶ n( VC) = 14∶ 1,drop time 3 h,reaction temperature 60 ℃.The sample was tested in concrete,the results show that the slump retaining agent has a good slump retention ability,and the variation of adsorption quantity with time of different samples on the surface of cement particles were analyzed by using the method of TOC.
