摘要
某黄金矿山针对其规模的不断扩大,但受到场地的限制,配套设备不能无限制扩大,造成浮选矿浆浓度高、粒度粗等问题,进行了一系列工艺参数的优化及相应技术改造,确定了适宜的药剂制度,保证了较高的金回收率。技术改造后,该矿山选矿厂累计处理矿石量899 755 t,获得浮选尾矿品位低于0.115 g/t,富集比19.16倍,金浮选回收率95.34%的较好指标。
One gold mine expands in scale but confined by terrains the auxiliary facilities can not go with it,resulting a series of problems like high concentration pulp and coarse granularity in flotation. In order to deal with that,optimization of process parameters and their renovation measures are carried out,proper agent system is selected,guaranteeing relatively high gold recovery rate. After renovation,accumulated treatment amount of ores reach 899 755 t,obtaining a low tailings grade of 0. 115 g /t,enrichment ratio of 19. 16 and gold flotation rate of 95. 34 %.
