核电工程项目档案分阶段验收模式探析

核电工程项目整体验收操作模式,正面临着验收介入机制和问题解决导向方面的挑战,由此产生了对核电工程项目档案验收策略体系优化的需求。本文提出了对核电工程项目档案进行有条件分阶段验收的策略,并建议从完善法规依据、增加选择空间;强化目标管理、过程适当授权;选取典型试点、适时分类推广等方面入手,尽快实施核电工程项目档案分阶段验收策略。

Nuclear power engineering project archives overall acceptance model,facing the acceptance of intervention mechanism and problem solving oriented challenges, resulting in a nuclear power project archives approval system optimization strategy needs. In this paper, we suggest perfecting regulations, in- crease space; strengthen management by objectives, process proper authorization; the typical pilot, timely classification and other aspects, as soon as possible the implementation of nuclear power project archives phased acceptance strategies.
