摘要
建立了我国优秀撑竿跳高运动员技术性专项身体素质评价模型,包括助跑阶段技术性专项身体素质、起跳阶段技术性专项身体素质、摆体转体阶段技术性专项身体素质和推竿阶段技术性专项身体素质4个方面;建立了我国优秀撑竿跳高运动员技术性专项身体素质训练水平综合评价标准,并对我国部分优秀运动员进行了评价,结果发现,女子运动员达到中等以上水平的有9人,男子运动员达到中等以上水平的有8人,均超过半数;女子运动员整体分布情况略好于男子。
This paper establishes the evaluation model of our elite pole vaulters technology of special physical fitness,including the technology of special physical quality of run-up,take-off stage technology of special physical quality,the pendulum swing phase of special physical quality and push the pole stage technology special physical quality from four aspects;evaluation of elite pole vaulters technical group fitness training level of our standard,and on the part of China's elite athletes were evaluated.The results showed that women athletes reaching the level of moderately had 9athletes,athletes reach the level of medium of more than 8people,more than half of women athletes;the overall distribution is slightly better than men.
