网络信息时代的来临使传统国家意识形态安全发生了重大变化,开辟了意识形态斗争的新战场。在这一新的斗争场域,网络新媒体大大改变了社会主义主流意识形态的传播方式,冲击了当前我国主流意识形态的基本内容,消解了社会主义主流意识形态的价值功能,对我国意识形态安全提出了新的挑战。要牢牢把握住社会主义主流意识形态话语权,实现网络意识形态安全,其前提是管控自主,根本目的在于服务社会,总要求是传递正能量,基本途径是坚持国际合作。

The advent of the network information era has brought about major changes to the security of traditional national ideology and opened a new battle field for ideological struggle. In this new battle field,the new network media has greatly changed socialist mainstream ideology's ways dissemination,imposed impact on the basic content of China's current mainstream ideology,and sapped the value function of the socialist mainstream ideology. These changes have composed a new challenge to China's ideology security. To firmly hold the socialist mainstream ideology's power of speech and guarantee the ideology security on the network,we must keep in mind that the premise is to independently manage and control the network; the fundamental purpose is to serve the society,the general requirement is to transfer positive energy,and the basic approach is to insist on international cooperation.
