美国少数族裔高等教育资源分布特征的实证研究

Empirical Research on US Minorities' Higher Education Resource Distribution

以美国少数族裔高等教育资源分布的特征为研究对象,分析伴随着政策演进的美国少数族裔高等教育资源分布的现状以及存在的主要问题。研究发现:美国的各族裔在高等教育体系中的数量分布和层次分布受到不同时期高等教育政策的影响,存在显著的差异性和波动性,而美国少数族裔高等教育政策调控的缺口主要是解决学生的学术基础准备不充分和家庭的高等教育购买力低等问题。

Taking U. S. minorities' higher education resource distribution as the object of study,this article analyzed the reality and existing problems in American minorities' higher education resource distribution that has kept changing along with the policy evolution. The research found,that,affected by policies in periods of time,different ethnic groups vary and fluctuate in quantity and level distribution in the U. S. And the U. S. higher education policies towards minorities mainly attempt to solve the problems of minority students' inadequate academic preparation and their families' low affordability.
