电厂供油泵控制系统的变频改造

摘要 供油泵是电厂中重要的电力设备,能耗较大.在实际生产中,由于其长时间全压工频的运行方式,造成能源的浪费,并加剧了泵的磨损.通过引入变频器,对供油泵控制系统进行设计改造,利用变频器本身的软启动特性,有效减少系统启动时输油泵机组的机械冲击,摩损和噪音,延长输油泵机组的使用寿命.利用变频特性有效改善了对电机的供电质量,提高了功率因数,从而最大限度提高了电机的效率.实际运行表明,改造后的系统既实现了供油稳定、节约能源的目的,又提高了供油的质量,降低了设备的运行成本. Oil feed pump is an important power equipment in power plant;however,it has much higher energy consumption. In actual production,it operates with power frequency at full pressure for a long duration,which causes the waste of energy,and aggravates the wear of the pump. In this paper,frequency converter is introduced to renovate its control system. Due to the soft starting characteristic itself,the mechanical shock to the oil feed pump unit and the wear and noise can be reduced effectively when the system starts up. Thus,its service life can be prolonged. Besides,the power supply quality of motor is improved effectively because of the frequency conversion property,and the power factor is raised. Consequently,the efficiency of motor can be increased significantly. According to the practical operation performance,the purpose of steadily oil feeding and energy saving is achieved. Furthermore,oil feed quality is raised,and the operating cost is reduced as well.
