巢湖流域年降水集中程度与洪涝灾害关系研究

摘要 为了研究降水集中期和集中度与洪涝灾害之间的关系,对巢湖流域9个市县1957-2006年的年降水量进行分析,并对巢湖流域的逐日降水量采用15 d为时长的降水集中期和集中度分析,再结合小波分析找出降水集中度和集中期的震荡周期,最后分析了巢湖流域降水集中期和集中度与洪涝灾害之间的关系.结果表明:降水集中度和集中期能够定量地表征降水量在时空场上的非均匀性,提取出最大降水重心对应的时段;旱涝灾害发生的基本特征及其形成机制;巢湖流域的降水集中度、集中期与巢湖流域洪涝灾害之间存在着比较密切的联系.旨在为巢湖流域洪涝灾害防治工作提供参考依据. To know the relation between the concentration period and concentration ratio and floods,this paper analyzes the annual precipitation from 1957 to 2006 of the nine cities and counties at the Chaohu Basin,and probes into the concentration period and concentration ratio for the precipitation of the counties and cities with 15 d a time to find out the period of oscillations of the concentration period and concentration ratio combined with wavelet analysis. It then deals with the relationship between the concentration period and concentration ratio and flood disaster at the Chaohu Basin. The results show that the concentration period and concentration ratio of precipitation can quantitatively indicate the heterogeneity of the spatiotemporal field,extract the period corresponding to the center of gravity of the maximum precipitation,and show the basic characteristics of the drought and flood disaster and their formation mechanism. There is a close relation between the concentration period and concentration ratio and floods at the Chaohu Basin,providing a reference basis of flood prevention and treatment for Chaohu Basin.
