高职教育需要以文化求发展,随着我国经济转型速度的加快,文化育人的作用日益凸显。文化育人是高职教育内涵发展的迫切需要,对高职院校的长远发展有着重要的影响。高职院校在实施文化育人上要从树立理念、培养师资、营造环境、构建载体、弘扬精神、校企合作等方面积极探索,进一步提高大学生文化素质,提升高职院校的核心竞争力。

Higher vocational education development depends on culture. With the increasing rate for economic transformation, the role of educating talents by culture is more and more prominent. Cultural education is an urgent need for vocational education content development, which has an important impact for long-term development of higher vocational colleges. In the implementation of cultural education, vocational colleges should actively explore in establishing the concept, training teachers, creating environment, setting up carrier, developing spirit, carrying out school-enterprise cooperation, thus further improving the cultural quality of students and enhancing the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges .
