眼底荧光素血管造影剂注入速度与恶心反应的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的眼底荧光素血管造影剂注入速度与恶心反应的相关性。方法选择于2013年1月至2013年5月期间于我院首次预约行FFA检查的患者80例,按照年龄、性别匹配后分为两组,分别于10s及3s内静脉注入10%荧光素钠5ml,观察两组患者出现恶心反应的人数,及其患者自觉恶心反应的程度,并将两组结果进行对比。结果快速注入组患者出现恶心反应的人数明显少于缓慢注入组,但两组差异无统计学意义。50岁以下出现恶心感的患者比例明显高于50岁以上组,差异有统计学意义。结论眼底荧光素血管造影剂注入速度缓慢时出现恶心反应的比例大于注入速度较快时,而且恶心反应的比例与患者年龄相关,年轻患者易出现恶心反应。 Objective This objective was to evaluate the relationship between nausea and fluourescein injection speed.Methods In this study,40 patients received a slow injection of 5 ml of 10% fluorescein over 10 seconds were compared with 40 participants received a injection over 3 seconds.The number of incidence of nausea and the severity of nausea were recorded.The Chi-square test was used for analysis of incidence of nausea.Mann-Whitney test was used for analysis of nausea scores.Results The number of nausea patients in fast-inj ect group are less than that in slow-inj ect group,but,there was no statistic difference between these two groups.The patients with age≥50yrs are more likely to have nausea symptom compared to patients with age〈50yrs,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion There was a significantly higher incidence of nausea when fluorescein was injected over 10 seconds compared with injec-ted over 2 seconds.Furthermore,the percentage of nausea symptom is associated with the age of the patients.The youth are more likely to have nausea symptom .
