摘要
石墨烯具有独特的二维结构和优异的光学、电学、力学等性能,一直是纳米材料领域的研究热点之一。石墨烯及其复合材料在超级电容器、锂离子电池、太阳能电池等电化学领域有着诱人的应用前景,高质量、高导电性能石墨烯的制备是石墨烯实际应用的关键问题之一。简述了石墨烯常用制备方法,并着重介绍了电化学法制备石墨烯以及石墨烯/离子液体复合材料,并且对石墨烯研究领域的发展趋势进行了总结和展望。
Graphene, since the demonstration of its easy isolation by the exfoliation of graphite in 2004, has been at- tracting enormous attention in the scientific community. Because of its unique properties, high hopes have been placed on it for technological applications in many areas. Here,different methods for preparing graphene were compared. The ionic-liq- uid-treated graphite sheets with different types of ionic liquids and different ratios of the ionic liquid to water through elec- trochemical exfoliation were introduced. At last, problems and tendency of graphene and graphene-based materials in the fu- ture were also discussed.
