摘要
对竹材废料在多元醇中的液化反应进行了研究,结果表明,液固比、液化剂组成、液化温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等条件对竹材废料的液化反应具有重要影响。以聚乙二醇-400和丙三醇为混合液化剂,在液固比4∶1、浓硫酸用量为体系质量的4%、温度150℃、时间90min时,液化率可达到95%以上,所得液化产物羟值为350mgKOH/g,黏度750mPa·s,满足制备中强度硬质聚氨酯泡沫的要求。
The liquefaction technology of bamboo wastes used polyhydric alcohol was discussed. It was found that the mass ratio of liquid to solid, components of liquefaction solvent,liquefied temperature, reaction time,and dosage of cata- lyst all had important effects on liquefaction. Bamboo wastes were liquefied using the mixed solvents of polyethyleneglycol (PEG400)and glycerol with sulfuric acid as a catalyst. Under the condition of ratio of solvent to solid 4 : 1 ,ratio of catalyst to liquefaction solvent 4 %, temperature 150℃ and reaction time 90min, the liquefaction rate would reach above 95 %, hy- droxyl number of liquefied product was 350mgKOH/g and the viscosity of liquefied product was 750mPa · s, which were suitable for the preparation of rigid foams.
