木粉对吸油型聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用一步法发泡工艺,将可降解的天然植物纤维木粉添加到聚氨酯原料中发泡,成功合成了可降解的高吸油聚氨酯泡沫。研究了木粉含量对聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔结构、拉伸强度、吸油性能、吸水性能和降解性能的影响。结果表明:随着木粉添加量的增加,聚氨酯泡沫的吸油倍率缓慢下降,但是其始终保持了较高的吸油倍率;同时,聚氨酯泡沫的降解性能随着木粉添加量的增加而逐渐提高,并且在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的失重率要高于土埋法中的失重率,说明木粉的添加有效提高了聚氨酯泡沫的降解性。 Through one-step method,degradable plant fiber wood was added into raw materials to prepare the high oil absorption polyurethane foams. The effects of wood content on the cell structure, tensile strength,oil absorption, water absorption and degradation properity of foams were investigated. The results showed that the oil absorption ratio of foams decreased with the increased content of wood but it still remained a high absorption ratio. At the same time, degradation properity of foams improved when the content of wood increased. The increase of weight loss in the phosphoric acid buffer solution was higher than that in soil burial test. It showed that addition of wood improved the degradation properity of foam effectively.
