技术创新网络与区域经济耦合协调发展分析

Analysis of the Coupling and Coordinated Development of the Technology Innovation Network and the Regional Economy

技术创新网络与区域经济发展具有复杂的耦合关系,二者交互影响、相互制约。文章认为,技术创新网络主要通过促进区域经济总量提高、经济质量提升和经济结构合理等方面促进经济发展;区域经济主要通过环境营造、要素供给和开放性提升等方面促进技术创新网络的发展。从促使二者协调发展的角度看,技术创新网络促进区域经济发展的关键在于建立以企业为核心的创新体系结构和产学研协同创新联盟模式的形成;区域经济的发展促进技术创新网络发展的关键在于大力发展区域科技金融、强化区域经济政策引导和加强技术创新成果转化体系建设。

There is a complex coupling relationship between the technology innovation network and the regional economy development, which has the mutual influence and mutual restriction on each other. By research, the result shows that the technology innovation network would promote the regional economy development in the aspect of the improvement of the total economy amount, the escalation of the economy quality and the reasonable structure, the regional economy development would promote the technology innovation network in the aspect of environment creation, the innovation factor supply and the open. From the perspective of the coordination development of the both, the urgent factor for the technology innovation network lies in the establishment of the innovation system with the enterprise as the core and the application of the Cooperative Innovation Alliance of Industry-University-Research Institution, the urgent factor for the regional economy development lies in the development of the regional scientific finance, the policy guidance and the construction of the innovation achievements transfer system.
