摘要
组织承诺是影响企业绩效的关键因素,文章通过实证研究的方法,选取昆仑生化有限责任公司为对象,研究企业组织承诺与工作绩效之间的关系,研究结果显示:该企业组织承诺显著正向影响工作绩效,该企业应提高情感、规范、理想承诺水平。
Organizational commitment is a key factor to affect the performance of a company. This paper, at first, studies the relations between organizational commitment and job performance through empirical research. The result shows that the organizational commitment of this company does a significant and positive influence on job performance. Meanwhile, this paper provides the improvement strategies to the performance management according to the research results.
