CpG-ODN疫苗佐剂的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 含胞嘧啶-鸟嘌呤(CpG)二核苷酸的寡聚脱氧核苷酸链(CpG-ODN)是一种具有巨大开发潜力的佐剂,这是一类合成的、包含有1个或多个非甲基化的CpG基序的单链DNA。研究表明,CpG-ODN能够选择性地增强脊椎动物的细胞和/或体液免疫应答,有效提升多种疫苗的免疫效果。
