摘要 建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定液体乳中青霉素族抗生素的方法。采用乙腈:水作为提取剂,旋转蒸发浓缩,0.05 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=8.5)溶解浓缩物,WATERS Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱净化,HPLC-MS-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,10种青霉素具有良好的分离,回收率满足GB/T 27404-2008要求,在10~100范围呈良好线性,相关系数大于0.9955。检测了各类液体乳中的10种青霉素残留量,效果良好。 The HPLC-MS-MS method was developed for the determination of penicillins antibiotics in milk. The sample was extraction by acetonitrile and water solution, evaporated, and dissolved in 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer solutions(pH=8.5). The penicillins were detected by HPLC-MS/MS after the sample was purified and concentrated by WATERS Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column. The penicillins were separated and the recovery satisfied GB/T 27404-2008. The linearity was satisfactory with a correlation coefficient 〉0.9955 at concentration ranging from 10 to 100μg/L. This method could be applied to simultaneously determine ten penicillin residues in milk.
