摘要
建立了离子色谱测定乳粉中二氧化硅的方法,乳粉中二氧化硅经微波消解后,反应生成氟硅酸钾沉淀,过滤后与氢氧化钠反应游离出氟离子,通过离子色谱测定氟离子计算乳粉中二氧化硅的质量分数,方法平均回收率在98.5%~103.2%之间,RSD介于2.3%~3.5%。该方法准确、重现性好,适用于乳粉中二氧化硅的测定。
Method for determination of silicon dioxide in milk by ion chromatography is established,Silicon dioxide in milk powder is reacted to potassium fluorosilicate after microwave digestion,the precipitation is filtrated and reacted with NaOH to dissociate to fluorine,the content of silicon dioxide is calculated by determination of fluorine by ion chromatography. The recovery is from 98.5%~103.2% and RSD is between 2.3% to 3.5%. This method is quick, reproducible and fit for the determination of Silicon dioxide.
